Emily is currently a leader on care model innovation for payers, health systems, and states at McKinsey & Company. A health policy veteran, Emily has broad experience from health care spending and coverage to core public health and human services. In the last decade she has held policymaking roles on Senator Elizabeth Warren’s presidential campaign, the U.S. Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions (HELP) Committee, and in the Obama Administration at the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). Emily is the 2011 Truman Scholar from Nebraska and holds a joint Masters of Business Administration and Public Policy from Harvard Business School and Harvard John F. Kennedy School of Government. She graduated Phi Beta Keppa from the University of Nebraska and is a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree in Health Care.
