Connor started his career in the financial sector as a bank teller while a student at UNL. After graduating, he became a personal banker with Wells Fargo where he worked for a couple of years, gaining valuable knowledge. Ultimately, he decided to take a job with Orion - an up and coming, fast paced company blending both the financial services industry with an ever-changing technology landscape. He started off as an SDR (sales development representative) and was then promoted to internal business development, supporting the external VP's. After proven success, he was promoted again to VP of Business Development, followed by another promotion joining the institutional sales team, and selling to banks, trust companies, and broker dealers, rather than traditional registered investment advisers (RIAs).
