Dr. Aaron Duncan, Associate Professor of Practice of Communication Studies and Director of UNL's Speech & Debate Program, recipient of the 2019 National States Advisory Council Administrator of the Year Award. The award is presented at the council's annual meeting during the National Communication Association convention in Baltimore. NSCA recognized Dr Duncan for "Your years of dedication to your colleagues and educational institutions across the globe."
