DR. BRIGIT TALKINGTON, LECTURER, received her PhD in Communication Studies in May 2011 from  Bowling Green State University; her Master of Arts degree in Rhetoric and Communication  and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech, Theatre and Dance from Kansas State University.  She is passionate about communication and its impact in people's lives. She's been teaching communication courses in various formats for more than 20 years.
